- Temple History This is one of the oldest and most revered Shivalayams in Annapureddy Pally, holding deep spiritual significance for the local devotees. The original ancient temple was completely damaged over time, and a new temple structure was reconstructed around 25 years ago, preserving the sanctity and traditions associated with this sacred place. The main deity is Lord Shiva, worshipped here in a serene and powerful form. Along with the principal sanctum, the temple complex also houses shrines for Lord Vinayaka and Goddess Bhramarambha, making it an important center for Shaiva worship. The temple premises are very spacious and well laid out, allowing devotees to perform pradakshinas comfortably. One of the unique features of this temple is that the main temple structure itself is built in the shape of a Shiva Linga, which adds to its spiritual charm and architectural distinction. Devotees can also witness beautifully installed idols of Shiva–Parvathi, Dakshina Murthy, Lord Hanuman, and a large Nandi, enhancing the divine atmosphere of the temple.
