- Temple History This is one of the oldest Shiva temples in the Ameerpet area. While walking toward Balkampet, the temple can be seen on the left side of the road. It is believed to be nearly 100 years old. Here, Lord Shiva is worshipped in vigraha roopam rather than the usual linga roopam. The temple is located very close to both the Ameerpet Bus Station and Ameerpet Metro Station. Devotees arriving by metro can get down at Ameerpet and walk to the temple easily.
