The temple is remarkably unique in its architectural design, resembling a house rather than a traditional temple structure. It is most famous for its underground cellar where a Shiva Linga sits in a natural, cave-like setting. The temple's primary claim to fame is a 200-year-old mystery known as Nitya Jalabishekamu. A continuous stream of water flows through a small hole over the Shiva Linga and eventually exits into the Musi River. To this day, the origin of this water source remains unknown, though devotees hold it in high regard as "Kashi Jal". Because of its spiritual significance, the water is believed by many to possess medicinal properties capable of curing various diseases. This spiritual aura is further enhanced by local legends, including the belief that snakes visit the sanctum during the early morning hours to offer their own prayers to the Lord.
